"Fish ON!"

"Fish ON!" I would yell each time someone announced he or she had a bite on the line.  The phrase caught, and soon Brian, Josh, Jack, Debbi, and Kerri were shouting, "Fish ON!" from every direction!  Detour and S/Y Iroquois had a blast during a sunny afternoon of rafted-up fishing, just offshore from Kabbelvag.  Kerri and I took turns running the net and camera back and forth across decks as everyone hauled pollock (saithe), cod, and even one small ling-cod aboard. [caption id="attachment_3028" align="alignnone" width="683"] It's official, 5-kg cod.[/caption] [caption id="attachment_3027" align="alignnone" width="700"] Wolf-fish (AKA Catfish)[/caption] [caption id="attachment_3029" align="alignnone" width="700"] Filet lessons. Nice to see your comment! The fishing in Lofoten was fantastic! We are moving south now along the Norwegian coast and still enjoying every moment. Can't get enough of Norway, but soon must pull ourselves away to sail to Scotland. :) Love you both! Happy Wedding Planning!

WOW...certainly a step up from Delaware or Susquehanna River fishing...how exciting and beautiful. Congratulations on your catches! We're all very happy to have you home soon. Looking forward to your arrival and all the festivities. Bummer, though, that Brian won't be able to join you. We'll miss him.
