Rode Trip’s engine is purring like a kitten now that she has her new fuel lift pump. It even starts on the first turnover without giving any gas! Remarkable. Brian is monitoring the oil, but we think this problem is solved!
We are fully loaded with fuel, water, groceries, and ice. Note: we’ve upgraded provisions and included bagged ice cubes for our gin & tonics, blocks of ice sure keep long and cold but you just don’t get that satisfying “tink, tink” of the ice against your cocktail glass.
Towels, sheets, clothes, and crew are clean (aaahhh, public shower provided 7-minutes of pure heaven!) and Rode Trip is ready to leave tomorrow for…another beautiful Maine anchorage.
May you have fair winds and blue skies!
